Program Status

This program is currently in early access (beta). Some features, templates, modules, or support tools may still be undergoing refinement and may be modified or improved based on feedback received during this stage.

Your Participation Means

You understand that the program is not yet in its final commercial form. You acknowledge that features may change, improve, or be removed based on testing and usability feedback. You agree not to hold BruteMitigator™ or SJKargel Consulting LLC liable for any inconsistencies, delays, or limitations in performance related to beta-stage content.

Feedback & Improvement

We may invite you to provide feedback, which will help us refine and finalize the full version of the program. Feedback is appreciated but optional.

Intellectual Property

All content delivered during the beta period remains the intellectual property of SJKargel Consulting LLC d/b/a BruteMitigator™. You agree: not to duplicate, resell, or redistribute the content; not to create derivative works based on the beta program; and to use the content solely within your organization for its intended educational and planning purposes.

Confidentiality

As this is an early-access initiative, you may be exposed to proprietary tools or frameworks not yet available to the public. We ask that you do not disclose, share, or replicate this information outside of your organization during the beta period.

Effective Date & Terms

This Beta Test Agreement is effective upon your participation in the early access program and is subject to the broader Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of BruteMitigator™.
