Solo Rollouts (Owner-Led or Single Functional Lead)
Â
Designed for organizations where planning is led by one individual, such as an owner, general manager, or functional lead (e.g., operations, compliance, finance, IT).
- One licensed individual completes the course
- Uses Solo worksheets to:
- Identify and classify business-critical functions within their scope
- Capture requirements, dependencies, and resources
- Set initial Operational Decision Points / Maximum Tolerable Downtime thresholds as directional planning inputs
- Outputs may be used as internal reference materials to support operational continuity (to some degree)
- Designed for organizations without cross-functional facilitation or multiple licensed participants
- Provides a practical foundation that can later expand into team-based engagement under a Team/Trainer license
The program is designed for internal facilitation using your organization’s designated facilitators.
Team/Trainer Rollouts (Leadership & Cross-Functional Teams)
Organizations typically move through the following sequence:
 1. Leadership Alignment (Buy-In Builder™)
Leadership establishes a shared understanding of the planning approach, expectations, and roles using the Buy-In Builder and supporting materials.
2. Define Business Priorities
Leadership aligns on Business-Critical Functions (BCFs) and establishes initial Operational Decision Points (ODPs) and Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD) thresholds as directional inputs.
3. Establish Communication & Escalation Expectations
Leadership defines how decisions will be communicated, escalated, and coordinated across functions during disruption.
4. Functional Assessment & Planning Functional and regional leaders, with designated contributors, perform assessments, identify dependencies, and develop contingencies, preparatory actions, and reconciliation items.
This progression allows organizations to move from alignment into structured planning, then into deeper operational development using Core Team or Assessment Lead participation in later courses.
- Expansion to additional functions, departments, or locations requires additional licenses
