How Real Teams Roll Out BruteMitigator™

BruteMitigator™ is designed to scale — whether you’re an individual planning for one location or coordinating across departments.

For owner-led or small-team rollouts:
One or two decision-makers (often a general manager or senior operations lead) complete the course and use the included tools to develop first-draft playbooks for core functions like freight movement, customs submissions, employee pay, and customer communication. These often become the foundation for internal training or expansion.

For larger teams or multi-department organizations:
Rollouts typically begin with the Executive Overview, followed by the Buy-In Builder™ course and then progression into Modules 2–5. Teams work through critical function mapping, role definition, communication planning, and contingency playbook development using the course tools and Facilitator Guides. A pilot team often leads the first phase before scaling across the organization.

Flexible learning options:
Some teams move through the course together in a workshop-style format. Others assign one lead to complete the program and guide the team using internal planning tools.
