Customer Support, Rollout Strategy, Licensing, and Tax FAQ 

Organizations may start in one of two ways, depending on their goals.

• Solo (Buy-In Builder™) is often used by an individual owner, leader, or functional lead who wants to learn the framework and start the thought process about planning before involving others.

• Team / Trainer (Buy-In Builder™) is appropriate when leadership already knows they need to align their team, clarify priorities, and begin structured planning together.

From either starting point, organizations may continue through Courses 2–5 at the Solo or Team level, or upgrade as planning expands.

Email support is included for product use only, such as:

• Accessing courses and tools

• Understanding where to find materials

• Clarifying what step comes next in the program

Support does not include operational, legal, cybersecurity, or continuity advisory services.

 Solo License

Support access is limited to the licensed purchaser.

Team / Trainer License

Support access is limited to the licensed facilitators, who are the only users with Kajabi course access.

If you need help applying the tools to your specific operations, you may book a separate coaching session, which provides structured guidance without replacing internal decision-making.

Solo License

• Licensed to one individual (owner, general manager, or single functional lead)

• Worksheets may be filled, saved, and printed by the license holder only

• Internal screen-sharing is permitted for awareness and planning discussions

• Facilitator Guides and Original Materials may not be distributed

Team / Trainer License

• Licensed to three facilitators (three logins)

• Facilitators may work internally with up to ten designated participants combined

• Participants do not receive logins

• Internal screen-sharing is permitted for awareness and planning discussions

• Materials may be used internally within the licensed organization only

External sharing is not permitted under any license.

Who owns the outputs?

Your organization owns the outputs you create, including completed worksheets, internal planning records, and operational continuity documents.

All Original Materials (videos, templates, workbooks, slides, facilitator guides) remain the intellectual property of SJKargel Consulting LLC d/b/a BruteMitigator™.

No. BruteMitigator™ does not host or store your completed operational planning files, worksheets, or live-use outputs.

Those materials are created for download and internal use within your organization, and your organization remains responsible for storing, maintaining, retaining, and securing those files.

BruteMitigator™ may store limited platform-related information such as account/contact details and quiz or course-response data needed to support course access, participation, and program administration. It is not intended to serve as your repository for operational planning or continuity records.

Yes. Solo users may:

• Fill, save, and print worksheets for their own use
• Screen-share worksheets internally during meetings for planning and discussion
• Share their completed outputs internally with continuity owners or leadership for planning and discussion purposes

Solo users may not send, forward, or distribute Original Materials, templates, blank worksheets, or other uncompleted course materials to others.

If additional functions, participants, or facilitated sessions are needed, a Team / Trainer License is required to support broader internal distribution and facilitator-led use.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address where required.

If tax is not collected, purchasers may be responsible for reporting use tax in their home state.
Coaching services are billed separately and are not subject to sales tax.
